Academic and professional trajectory

European Doctor in Business Management and Professor of Business Organisation at the Universidade de Vigo. After graduating in Economics from the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, he completed the PhD Programme at the Instituto de Estudos e Desenvolvemento de Galicia (IDEGA) with the support of the ETIC courses sponsored by the European Union. In the pre-doctoral stage, she carried out studies and research stays at Arhus Business School (Arhus, Denmark), UNISINOS (Portoalegre, Brazil), ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal), CRIC (Manchester, United Kingdom) and BETA (Strasbourg, France). Post-doctoral stays at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain) and the Universidad Carlos III (Madrid, Spain).

Research topics and main scientific contributions
Research agenda linked to strategy, innovation and climate change, with works published in ABS 4 or 4* journals such as Journal of Operations Management, Organization Science, Organization Studies or Research Policy, and in Harvard Business Review. He regularly collaborates with public institutions such as the European Commission, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Ministry of Science and Education, as well as with companies such as Jealsa Rianxeira, Pescanova, PSA Peugeot Citröen or Syngenta, and with technology centres such as TECNALIA, CECOPESCA, CETMAR or AIMEN. Coordinator of the research agenda of the REDE research group (www.rede.uvigo.es), a multidisciplinary research group with 30 members located in the Faculty of Economics and Business, the School of Industrial Engineering, the Faculty of Social Sciences and the School of Aeronautical and Space Engineering of the Universidade de Vigo.
