ECOBAS researchers start a spin-off up to boost small and medium enterprises

Researchers Carlos M. Fernández-Jardón and Xavier Martínez Cobas are the creators of the company Seixas Invest, a spin-off of the University of Vigo that aims to provide support in the creation, funding and internationalization of SMEs, and also serve as a guide for the implementation of other business initiatives within the University.
Seixas Invest arose as a result of the experience acquired by professors Fernández-Jardón and Martínez Cobas during many years of work in research on venture capital, intellectual capital, intangibles and funding of small and medium enterprises, and currently has several clients, and even have interests in companies from various sectors.
