ECOBAS promotes the signing of the Ardan Chair between the University of Vigo and the Free Trade Zone Consortium of Vigo

The Rector of the University of Vigo, Salustiano Mato, and the delegate of the State in the Free Trade Zone Consortium of Vigo (CZFV), Teresa Pedrosa, signed last March 9th an agreement to start up the Ardan Chair, in an act held at the Rector’s Office of the University Campus.

This agreement, which will have a validity of four years, extendable by four others, will have a budget of € 120,000 per year, for being used to carry out initiatives that contribute to the transfer of knowledge and to the study of the economic evolution of the factors that determine business competitiveness in Galicia, with the aim of contributing to the creation of wealth in our community.


The work carried out within the framework of this Chair will be coordinated by ECOBAS groups, some of which have been collaborating with the CZFV for some time, such as the GEN group and the REDE group.
