Thus, different studies have analyzed the organizational and individual factors that favor the development of voluntary pro-environmental behaviors of people in the workplace. This research focuses on the role of two individual factors, environmental awareness and concern for the environment, analyzing the mechanisms that enable both factors to contribute to the development of voluntary pro-environmental behaviors in the workplace.
